As part of our joint commitment to offer only best-in-class services, one of our providers will perform a network infrastructure upgrade on 1st October 2019, starting at 00:00 EEST(https://bit.ly/2lW7QiR). This maintenance will only affect two front-end nodes located in Singapore.
The expected maintenance window will be 2 hours.
A minimum impact is expected during the maintenance, as the upgraded routers are part of a redundant setup and will be upgraded one by one. Packet loss for this region could occur briefly while the traffic is moved away from each router.
Our engineers will be available during and after the maintenance should any issues arise at support@presslabs.com.
