The maintenance window of the upstream provider has completed. We are still working on bringing the nodes up.

Between Tuesday and Wednesday night, the secondary US Washington cluster will be upgraded with new state-of-the-art infrastructure. During this time for approximately 4 hours the back-end servers will be offline making the wp-admin area and all dynamic requests of the public sites to be inaccessible.
NOTE: This maintenance will not affect the already upgraded servers. We'll contact through a separate e-mail all the affected users to make sure they are aware of this downtime.
After this maintenance, your service will run on a state-of-the-art infrastructure which ensures that you will be able to continue to rely on our infrastructure for years to come.
Please note that all cached public sites and media files will continue to be accessible, the cache and database will be frozen with ~15 minutes before the shutdown.
