Scheduled - On January 21st, 2026, starting at 10:00 EET, we will be applying a patch to the ElasticSearch servers located in the US. This maintenance will take place over a period of 2 hours. During this time, the wp-admin of the websites utilizing this service may experience brief periods of inaccessibility while the fix is implemented. Please note that the public sites will remain unaffected and will operate normally.

US Clusters - 03:00 - 05:00 EST/02:00 - 04:00 CST/01:00 - 03:00 MST/08:00 - 10:00 UTC

Scheduled - On January 19th, 2026 starting with 03:00 EET during a time frame of 2 hours, we'll be updating WordPress to the latest version 6.9 on all production websites. During this time, the wp-admin can become inaccessible for brief periods of time while the new version is applied. The public sites will not be affected and they will work normally. For any inquiries during this time don't hesitate to contact us at support@presslabs.com.

Upgrade schedule:
EU Clusters - 03:00 - 05:00 EET/02:00 - 04:00 CET/06:30-08:30 IST/01:00 - 03:00 UTC

Expected impact:
1-2 intervals of up to 5 minutes each of unavailability for:
- logged-in users (WooCommerce, LearnDash, membership plugins, etc.)
- the editorial team working in the wp-admin area
- dynamic pages from the public websites, such as search & contact forms

We recommend you to test this new version on your development instance, as they have already been upgraded to the latest WP version. If you find any problems before the maintenance, please drop us an email at support@presslabs.com containing the Subject: "WP 6.9 upgrade problems"
